Nope, not baseball (although my team is doing great...) and not football (it's only preseason, after all!) -- and not even mud wrestling with the pigs!

Hoedown Guest Designers would receive their image early and have their card showcased at the Hoedown, along with the Bacon Bits' cards! So put your thinking caps on, and show us your stuff! Guest Designers will be notified via email at the end of August.

See any similarities besides the Hedgehog? Yep, it's time for a Sketch! This one may be a bit of a challenge, or may be easy as pie. But we hope you will play along! 

It is fine to flip or turn the sketch, change panel sizes, shapes, card size and border as you wish -- a little tweaking is fine -- but let’s see those main elements of the posted layout please! As you can see from the Bacon Bits' samples, they have flipped, turned and kept it as is!

You can use ANY Hambo image to play along - just as Monica (our humble Hambo boss) did here, using Garden Snail - 2709 & Happy Trails - 2705:

You might even be chosen as one of 4 Guest Designers for September - or maybe "BEST IN SHOW"! Beginning next week, in addition to the Queen of the Hoedown, we will be choosing one challenge entry as "BEST IN SHOW" -- the entry that we feel best represents the challenge! It could be you! Tic Tac Toe - Three in a Row!

And now, it's time for another Hoedown! We are playing Tic Tac Toe this week!

Challenge: You are not making a Tic Tac Toe board, but using it to determine what goes on your project with LITTLE INDIAN.

Use ONLY three of the boxes in a row – like Tic Tac Toe.

For example:

Ribbon, eyelets, punches

Buttons, flowers, punches

Ribbon, die cuts, buttons

The only role the Tic Tac Toe board serves is helping you choose which items/techniques your project will include. You look at the board and choose a direction (across, down, diagonal) and whatever the 3 things are in that row, that's what you include on your project. So if you choose the bottom row left to right: "buttons, sparkle, lace" ... then your project would need to include those 3 things.
